After 10 days i still did not receive my bill.they charged me without sending bill and when i contacted them they said we sent it and we can not send it anymore.i told them i did not receieve but they insist we can not send bill again.one time bill ,funny.it seems ehen they send bill it will be gone from their database.zero for customer service in canada

房間寬敞，家庭房梳化床可容納2人使用。茶水櫃有咖啡機，但沒有微波爐、熱水壺。有小冰箱。溫水泳池還不錯。我們最喜歡的還是裡面水上樂園，大中小年齡都可以選擇不同的活動。退房時間11:00。大廳在感恩節、聖誕節有家庭音樂活動

Very very good service! The staff are kind, it is how they make the difference. I thought it was overpriced, but it’s totally justifiable. The food is good and fast, we enjoyed very much with the service of Victoria. The arcade games was fun too! Thanks to Thomas. It made memorable. Worth to come definitively!!!

孩子們喜歡，主要是為了玩酒店一起的水上樂園，單純看酒店可能價格就比較貴了；房間一般，但酒店的水上樂園還不錯很大，還有個遊戲廳，晚上也有各種適合孩子的活動表演；免費停車；周邊什麼都沒有，買酒店的餐飲套餐比較合適；離美加邊境很近，周邊在修路，一不小心就會開到美加關口去。

No vegan option for vegan vegetarians. No option for Indian food. Jain food option should be there. Arcade should be included in the stay for kids. It's a rip off after paying for stay. Room service is only available if stay is more than 3 days. This is ridiculous. Room service should be every day.
